China to Overtake US on Obnoxiously Expensive Car Index

A quick little nugget of info came out of the newshole this week—via the WSJ’s Driver’s Seat car blog. It focuses on a shift in one of the little-known “wealth indexes,” known as the Rolls-Royce index.
