1. Where do you ship your parts from?
   We have over 100 warehouses throughout the US. Your order will ship from the warehouse closest to your shipping location that has your items in stock.


2. I'm interested in ordering online, is your website secure?
   Yes, we have a secured checkout. We are verified by StarField Secure.


3. What is your return policy?
   We have a 365 day, no hassle return policy.


4. Do your parts carry a warranty?
   Yes! Our parts come with the full manufacturer warranty as well as a 365 day return policy with AutoShepherd.


5. Do you offer expedited shipping
   We do not offer an expedited shipping option on our website, but we can make exceptions, depending on the part and which warehouse it will be shipping from. Contact us to request a faster shipment.


6. Do I have to sign for my package?
   Normally the recipient will not have to sign for a package unless requested. Contact us to request a required signature for your shipment.


7. How much will I pay for shipping? 
   $6.99 for orders less than $50, and free shipping for orders over $50.


8. Do you ship outside of the United States?
   Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.


9. Can I request a part you don't show on your website (Special Request)?
   Yes, we love to hear from customers to find out what we're missing, or to help you find the perfect part for your next job. Although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to find every part, we will do everything in our power to try and source the part for you. Please contact us to request a part.
