AutoShepherd always wants to be able to give you the best price available on every part in our inventory. We work hard every day to list the lowest prices on the market, but it might happen that a competitor slips a lower price in under our radar. With hundreds of thousands of parts, it can happen. If you come across a competitor with a lower price, please let us know, and, we’ll do our best to beat it!
In order to request a price match from AutoShepherd, please make sure that the competitor’s price is lower than ours in total, including any fees or shipping charges. This policy is only for new items; we cannot guarantee a price match on open box, used or E-bay items. We can only match the price of the exact same part number. Sorry, no substitutions.
Here’s a breakdown of our price match policy:
- You must provide proof of the competitor’s price in the form of a link to the product page, instructions on how to find the product, or a scanned copy of a print ad.
- The competitor must have the item in stock and ready to ship.
- Shipping, handling and fees must be factored into the competitor’s total product cost.
- We cannot guarantee price matching on E-bay or Amazon sellers.
