Rugged Ridge Custom Fit Poly-Cotton Seat Cover is constructed of tough poly cotton fabric creating the best looking custom seat cover available. Rugged Ridge does not use that cheap stretch nylon on their seat covers. Poly Cotton is a great fabric to protect your seats from dirt, sweat and heat from the sun. No more burned legs from hot vinyl seats. Rugged Ridge Custom Fit Poly-Cotton Seat Cover is custom tailored for your Jeep's original equipment seat style making your seats look like they have been recently reupholstered. Installation is easy with special designed elastic cords, nylon straps and hooks that attach to your seat and to the seat cover mounting points. The center portion (color) goes all the way to the top of the seat. Folds conveniently out of the way when not in use!

Return Policy

Returns

Autoshepherd wants every customer to be completely satisfied with their order. If you aren't, our "no hassle" return policy lets you shop with confidence.

For most items we carry, we offer a 365 day return period. If you aren't satisfied with your part, you can obtain an RA ("Return Authorization") number by emailing customerservice@autoshepherd.com or by calling 1-800-429-9150, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. We want to know why you're returning the product, and if there's a mistake on our part, we'll do the necessary correction to guarantee your satisfaction. We'll cover return shipping costs by scheduling a time for your product to be picked up from your location and returned to us.

Items covered by this return policy should be in new condition and have all the original parts or accessories included when they are returned. Items that have been installed, but show defects in materials or workmanship, will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The information stated here is a guideline to our "no hassle" return policy. If you feel your situation may fall outside of these guidelines, or if you have questions, please feel free to contact us. We're always willing to work with you to provide a fair and speedy resolution to any issue.

Exchanges/Replacement

We always hope that you are satisfied with your AutoShepherd purchase, but in the event that you need to return a product, we're here to help. Contact our friendly customer service people at customerservice@autoshepherd.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. As long as the item is in new, uninstalled condition and is not damaged or is missing parts, you will be refunded in full, less the original shipping costs.

If you are requesting an exchange or replacement of the product that is being returned, you will be charged for the exchange or replacement item, as applicable, and for any freight fees applicable at the time you make the request.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All products come with one full year of manufacturer's warranty from the date shown on your original purchase invoice. Claims for defects in materials and workmanship detected during normal and customary use of the product are covered by the Full Manufacturer's Warranty.
