Product Description

Late model vehicles combine switch controls onto a single column mounted switch assembly so that the driver has ready access to systems such as windshield wipers and washer, turn signals, headlights, and cruise control. Standard 4WD Switch is designed within a single multi-function switch so that the driver is able to keep his hands on the steering wheel during adverse weather or driving conditions that would require the use of these systems. Manufacturer Information

Standard manufactures and distributes a full line of engine management related products, including ignition and emission parts, on-board computers, ignition wires, battery cables and fuel system parts. Late model vehicles are highly computer controlled to reduce emissions, maximize fuel economy and improve consumer comfort. The various control systems in vehicles are interrelated and controlled by multiple computers that constantly monitor vehicle performance through a myriad of sensors located throughout the vehicle. Based on information received, the computers adjust the vehicle performance through a series of valves, switches and motors. Standard manufacture almost all the high technology critical components for late model vehicles, including distributor less ignition system (DIS) control modules; oxygen sensors; exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves; high energy and coil-on-plug coils; fuel injectors and pressure regulators; a wide range of anti-lock brake components, temperature sensors, camshaft position sensors, crankshaft position sensors, knock sensors, MAP sensors, throttle position sensors, remanufactured on-board computers and mass air flow sensors. Returns

Autoshepherd wants every customer to be completely satisfied with their order. If you aren't, our "no hassle" return policy lets you shop with confidence.

For most items we carry, we offer a 365 day return period. If you aren't satisfied with your part, you can obtain an RA ("Return Authorization") number by emailing customerservice@autoshepherd.com or by calling 1-800-429-9150, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. We want to know why you're returning the product, and if there's a mistake on our part, we'll do the necessary correction to guarantee your satisfaction. We'll cover return shipping costs by scheduling a time for your product to be picked up from your location and returned to us.

Items covered by this return policy should be in new condition and have all the original parts or accessories included when they are returned. Items that have been installed, but show defects in materials or workmanship, will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The information stated here is a guideline to our "no hassle" return policy. If you feel your situation may fall outside of these guidelines, or if you have questions, please feel free to contact us. Exchanges/Replacement

We always hope that you are satisfied with your AutoShepherd purchase, but in the event that you need to return a product, we're here to help. Contact our friendly customer service people at customerservice@autoshepherd.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. As long as the item is in new, uninstalled condition and is not damaged or is missing parts, you will be refunded in full, less the original shipping costs.

If you are requesting an exchange or replacement of the product that is being returned, you will be charged for the exchange or replacement item, as applicable, and for any freight fees applicable at the time you make the request.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All products come with one full year of manufacturer's warranty from the date shown on your original purchase invoice. Claims for defects in materials and workmanship detected during normal and customary use of the product are covered by the Full Manufacturer's Warranty.
