Wow. I wish comcast customer service had one tenth that this company has. I had ordered a set of brake rotors for my BMW and I ordered the wrong part. In ONE email, I was simply instructed to put the package by the front door and UPS would be there to pick it up

Autoshepherd, specifically Tristan Perera went above and beyond the call of (retail) duty in my experience. I ordered an IAC for my car, and it was shipped FedEx. The tracking on their site was showing little info; and after 2 weeks of no info, I contacted them, only to find the item sat in their warehouse, there were no delivery attempts and they had returned the part to the sender. They told me the only option was to contact the retailer and have them resend it. But then I would be out the 6.99 for shipping. Numerous attempts to get some resolve from them got me nowhere. When I informed Autoshepherd of this, Tristan came to the rescue. Acknowledging the absurdity of this all, he refunded my shipping charges, and had the package resent next day air at no charge in exchange for the inconvenience. This type of customer service seems to be almost non existent these days (especially by FedEx) and sold me on them right there on the spot! I received the item the next day as promised, and it worked flawlessly. All for $6.99 LESS than I was willing to pay. This amazingly resolved experience tacked on to the fact that I purchased the item from Autoshepherd because they had the part I needed for less than half of what everyone else was selling it for, they have a earned a lifelong customer! Thank you SOOO much!!!

Let me start by saying that these guys are completely awesome! I have been searching for this part online, locally and via a network of nationwide parts recyclers and salvage yards for months. I even spoke with the manufacturer who told me that this part was on nationwide back order and didn't know when or if they would ever get any more in! It has taken me 6 months to get the right part. I cannot begin to tell you how many orders related to the purchase of this part had to be cancelled because the retailers did not have the correct part that I was looking for. Not to mention the number of items I had to ship back because it was not the right one. However Auto Shepherd had it!!! I did have the option to pay right around $1,000 for one of these (a 4 wheel ABS Hydraulic Control Module for a 1996 Ford E350) from a Ford dealership, however given the year of the van I couldn't justify spending that kind of money on one ABS brake component. Again I would just like to say ""Thank you"" to Auto Shepherd for getting me the right part, at the right price, the first time! Speaking of first times, this is my first purchase from Autoshepherd and I can promise you it won't be my last!

I ended up being a very difficult customer for Autoshepherd. Not really by choice. I ordered brake parts for my VW Passat through Amazon. Amazon sourced the wrong parts for my car and I was not savy enough to know any better until I went to have the parts installed several months later. Kind of embarassing to have the mechanic tell you that you don't have the right parts for him to do the job. Anyway, the guys at autoshepherd went out of there way to find the right parts for me. For this particular VW it wasn't easy. They also gave me a phenominal price on them. Not to mention they took care of the exchange of the original "wrong parts" even though it was no fault of theirs. Now thats customer service for you!!! I will definitely be calling these guys for parts in the future!!!

This company is absolutely fantastic to work with. I've recently put in several orders and all were shipped super fast. The quality of the parts are excellent and just like what I buy locally - and I don't have to drive to get the parts! Also, their customer service is a gold standard of care. I ordered a condenser that got damaged in transit and AutoShepherd went out of their way to make it right. I've never been so positive on a company and they have earned all my business. I HIGHLY recommend this fine company
I am not the most internet savvy and seldom order online. Although I often use a great mechanic, sometimes the labor outweighs the cost of the part. I usually do not mind however the labor was over 50 dollars and hour and the part was not very expensive. In this tough economic times, I need to do what I can to save money. I looked on Google and came across Autoshepherd.com. I was shocked to find the part I needed was not only less than what I expected, but cheaper than on ANY other site. I called them to verify the part and spoke to a wonderful customer service rep who took the time to call the auto shop and get back to me within an hour! I am the type of guy that looks at every site to find the best price for the part I need at the time and well I've done nothing but shop at the wrong place. I've over paied for everything. Brake pads, wheel lugs, spark plugs, alternators ect,. Well, I rolled over this site a few weeks ago and I don't think I will be lookibng around for parts. I have set a bookmark and will continuing to shop at this website. I really highly doubt that anybody will be able to be there prices.

I was shopping around for brake pads / rotors and did lots of research on the brand and material I wanted to get since I'm a complete newbie to auto parts. I stumbled upon AutoShepherd after lots of price comparing between several stores and their prices were definitely the cheapest. I ordered my parts on Sun and got them in on Tues!! Now that's what I'm talking about when it comes to speedy delivery! I have yet to put them on, but I'm completely satisfied with my shopping experience! Now where's my button for highly recommend??

Hands down the BEST online company I have worked with. Quick shipping and hassle free service. All parts are brand new and they will try to give you the best price on the web. It's a winning combo. Customer service staff are very kind and professional. Exchanges/returns are made easy. Guess were my next automotive purchase is going to be.
I ordered a winch and replacement head lights, they were shipped immediately even though that winch weighs well over 100 lb, unfortunately I had previously ordered the winch tray and brush guard from Woody's Auto Supply. Woody's screwed up the shipping, could not find the merchandise, tracking number etc. so I reordered the tray and guard from AutoShepherd. Everything is now installed on my F250 and working. Multiple e-mails and apologies later, I am still waiting on my refund from Woody's. Guess were my next automotive purchase is going to be.
